The story

1. Widowed young Luke 2:36

   Seven years of marriage, then a long widowhood.

2. Night and day Luke 2:37

   She worships in the temple with fasting and prayer.

3. That very hour Luke 2:38

   She comes up as Simeon holds the child and gives thanks.

4. Spreading the word Luke 2:38

   She speaks of him to all who were waiting.
