About The Cast
The Cast is a free set of character studies on the people of Scripture. Each page follows one person through their story: who they loved, who they fought, where they failed, and how God met them.
It's built for anyone reading on their own, for small groups who want something real to talk about, and for the leaders who guide those conversations.
Scripture is quoted from the English Standard Version (ESV). Every story is told with the text close at hand, so you can always read the passage for yourself.
Some pages use personality lenses like the Enneagram, the Big Five and DISC. These are tools for reflection, a way to notice patterns in a life and maybe in your own. They are not doctrine, and they are not a diagnosis.
Above all, every story in The Cast points to Christ. The people of Scripture are not the heroes of the Bible. They are the people God was rescuing, and their stories lead to the one he sent.
